At Qooki, we take care at packaging your purchases and checking for defect before shipping. If you happen to receive your purchase(s) in a damaged condition, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

In an unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or a replacement. Meanwhile we will arrange for our courier company to pick up the damaged item in it’s original packaging at our cost. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Please note that we only do returns / replacement on damaged or faulty goods and hence all other sales are final.
